TeachMac Announces Author Reward Program

As a means of encouraging its best authors, TeachMac has created an author rewards program for prolific module authors.

Grass Valley, CA, Feb., 12, 2007

TeachMac today announced an Author Rewards Program for authors of tutorials for TeachMac and TeachIT, their multimedia tutorial software for Mac and Windows. Each module submitted that meets the minimum requirements earns the author one or more points toward gifts ranging from an iPod Shuffle (only 15 points) to $5,000 in cash (40 points). There is no deadline for this program. When authors earn enough points for a gift, they can choose to cash their points in or hold on to them and use them for a gift with a higher point value. These gifts are in addition to the royalties authors earn when their module sells through TeachMac and TeachIT. The reward program is retroactive. All authors who have already contributed have already been assigned 1 point for each module submitted. Future submissions will need to conform to the guidelines to earn points.
