What if. . .

What if your brother called to say "Hi" instead of to ask for help with his computer? What if everyone in the office could get her work done without having to ask for mundane tech support? What if kids in school had answers to all of their computer questions at their fingertips? Imagine if all of those answers were presented with video, text and voice in their primary language and produced by experts.

You ARE the Expert.

Each of us knows something unique. You’ve coached your colleagues through the applications you know like the back of your hand, you know shortcuts for your favorite program, you’ve formatted term papers, you’ve become the ruler of the fifth level and can tell someone how to build the character with the best chances of survival: they’re all valuable, even coveted skills. Explain what you know: collectively, we can create a library that encompasses the entire computing world. Share your knowledge with the world, one module at a time.

What are the Rewards?

We are a nonprofit. We have no shareholders to satisfy. Eventually, we need to pay some salaries and bandwidth does cost something, and there are needs going unfulfilled that we’d like to address. So, how does this sound: You get 100% of all individual sales of your module. In addition, we contribute 25% of the net revenue generated by subscriptions and site licenses into a fund to distribute to module authors annually. We also offer a Rewards Program allowing prolific authors to earn valuable gifts in addition to royalties.
